Pet care experience
I have over 10 years of training experience in various fields. I have a lot of experience with working breeds too that can usually be seen as “hard to manage.” Don’t let that worry you, though that it’s my only expertise! My current pets are non-sporting dogs that are equally great!

Danita has a very gentle and caring spirit. She is always picking up stray or lost animals. She was in 4H for ten years doing dog obedience and showmanship. She was also in goat showmanship. If you think a dog is stubborn sometimes, try walking a goat on a lead.

I will request specific directions from owners on how they would like me to care for their animals so that I can make sure to help keep their routines. Having somebody new in their home is always going to require change so adding to it can be extra stressful for a pet. I will always do my best to make sure I ask questions for clarity. I also request the owners do a walk-through of their routine with me and show me where everything is that I use with the pet.

Please let me know if your dog has any special requirements. I want to make sure your dog is given the best care. If they need a medication that a certain time please make that a top priority. My main concern is if they have behavioral issues. I need to be aware of or certain triggers because I am an expecting mother and want to keep myself and your pet safe at all times.
A typical day
Depending on the location of where pet is, I would take them around Wabash city Park, so that they can have smells in a big field where we can toss ball. I own a very long leash that can help provide running stimulants but also keep pet safe.

I’m currently working part time so my schedule is usually pretty open. Throughout the week I’m usually available mainly throughout the day on the weekends. I’m pretty flexible to most hours for pet sitting!
