Pet care experience
Hello there! Here's a bit about me: I am an ESL teacher (teaching English to speakers of other languages) who adores animals of all kinds. I love traveling, but I also love being home with my pets. As for my experience with animals, I grew up with medium and small-sized dogs, all of which were rescued from the local shelter. Because of that, I take a special interest in dogs who are different and just need a little TLC. I love taking good care of animals and making them feel happy & loved! Since I'm a pet owner myself, I understand that people want someone who will be responsible with their dog(s), keep them safe, and love them like their own. I will run with your dog(s), play with them, groom them, and simply make them feel like the furry little king or queen that they are!

Danika was awesome with my moms rescued Grey Hound! Dora usually gets anxious whenever mom is not around but she loved Danika right away and the two are best pals!
Danika is a exemplary animal caregiver. She is motivatied, energetic, and very kind. Danika loves dogs and cats, and in my opinion there is no one better to care for your family pet. Danika is also sensitive to an animal's needs and personality, she is sweet but also able to be firm. I have watched Danika with all kinds of pets and she would be a reliable and very fun companion to any animal.
Danika is a kind-hearted animal lover! She has affection for all types of animals, but she especially loves dogs & cats. I have noticed she responds to animals with great friendliness & kindness. Our little doggie had mobility issues (a bad leg), so when Danika would walk him, she would carry him as needed. I think she is trustworthy with any responsibility given to her for an animal's care.

I love most dogs, but I do not prefer dobermans, pit bulls, rottweilers, or mastiffs. I would like to know if the dog has special needs (such as allergies or other medical problems) and how much energy the dog has (so that I know whether I'll be running with the dog).
A typical day
I will do whatever your dog enjoys doing: running, playing with a ball or squeaky toy, going to the dog park, hiking, or strolling leisurely around the neighborhood.
