Love all dogs- cuddly affectionate ones, shy independent ones, walkers, runners, or those that just want to nap. I’m a Harvard grad student who is very responsible and has a flexible schedule. I miss my family dogs at home in Colorado and would love to spend time with yours! I’ve had small (chihuahua, minpin) and big dogs (yellow lab, husky, rottweiller), from puppyhood to geriatric ages. I love going for walks or runs along the Charles River, and also do a lot of studying from home so would be able to keep your dog company and attend to their needs! I’m also comfortable with administering insulin to diabetic dogs, and able to care for dogs with special needs. I’m also happy to provide updates as desired and very responsive to emails or texts.

Danika is so great! She’s very flexible and helpful with Dakota, attentive as well with multiple updates throughout the day, I felt totally as ease leaving Dakota with her. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Danika came to our rescue when we urgently needed someone to watch over Totto while my husband starts his new job. She was very accommodating of his schedule and took great care of Totto. Totto got several walks in the park as well as plenty of play time while he was with Danika. He came back home happy and tired!
Danika is an extremely reliable person and she absolutely adores dogs! As her friend, I've watched her care for her own pup for several years, who she diagnosed with diabetes after she noticed he was losing weight and urinating more frequently. She gave him insulin shots and did everything possible to bring him back to good health. He now lives happily in Colorado, keeping Danika's mom good company. Danika has taken care of our friends' dogs informally for years. She loves taking them for long walks and is diligent about making sure they stay on their feeding, sleeping, and cleaning schedules. I couldn't recommend a better person to care for your dog than Danika. She is kind, trustworthy, and I know she will treat your dog with the love it deserves and as if it were her own.
Danika has a gift for connecting with dogs. She was a pro when it came to taking care of our chihuahua and his complex medical needs. She calmed his nerves, distracted him during potentially stressful situations, and showered him with love. Overall, Danika eased his transition away from home and ensured that he would be as comfortable as possible during his stay. I was amazed by how attentive, professional, and caring she was in every interaction. Danika is a long-time dog lover, and it shows. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
