Military K9 Family. @DoggieRandR we are excited to meet your fur babies and provide them with the BEST care possible. **FRIENDLY PETS ONLY**Professional Military and Civilian K9 Handlers (30+ years). We speak multiple languages. Se habla Español también. (Ask if interested) New to Rover? Get $20 off your first booking by using the Promo code: DANIES49137 Valid for first-time Rover customers only. Hi! I'm Danielle and we want to thank you for choosing our doggie Socialization, Boarding, and Behavioral adjustment services located in Rockwall, TX :) We ask that you PLEASE read our (ENTIRE) profile, flip through our photos and reviews as it paints a very clear picture of how we operate. It will answer just about ANY and ALL questions that a fur parent might have regarding their fur baby's care while they are here. It will also inform you of the prerequisites, rules, questions & answers required for acceptance of any fur baby(s) into our care. My family will be honored to care for your fur baby(s) the next time that you go out of town, go on a much-deserved date night, or to simply just relax and have some uninterrupted time to yourself. Our family consists of my husband, who is a retired disabled Army Vet K9 Handler, an 8-year-old black Lab, and a couple of 2-year-old Huskies. We are very experienced with K9s (30+ years), as well as exotic animals of all kinds from reptiles to birds, to farm animals. There's not one pet that we haven't had. My entire family, including myself, are military or prior service. We have also been heavily involved in the healthcare industry community for as long as I can remember. Safety and wellness are the most important factors to us. We will take all the necessary steps to ensure an optimal environment for the overall well-being of your fur baby(s) while they stay with us. We worked with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) helping them while they were under-staffed in order to care for many rescues. We specialize in senior, young, as well as those pets with special needs or different disorders. We both work from home full-time, but we are willing to meet up or have doggie play dates whenever our strict schedule permits. We want you to know who is caring for your fur baby(s) and to be at ease while your pets are in our care. Our dogs are emotional support pets that are trained and well-behaved. They are friendly and accustomed to all sorts of other easy-going furry friends. Our black Lab is very docile, the Huskies are extremely playful and always happy. All our babies are healthy and up to date with all their shots and preventive medicine. Be advised that we require your fur baby(s) to NOT be aggressive, be kennel/crate-able and friendly, bring their own kennel/crate and food of choice, be flea & tick free, and have durable collars with updated tags. We will also require up to date (vaccine & preventive care proof); otherwise, we will not be able to in-process them into our home. This means that we will inspect all these items, as well as their behavior, before we let your fur baby(s) into our home. Be aware that if you show up with a pet(s) that have (ANY) sign of illness (even an allergy cough or sneeze), injury, aggression or behavioral deficiency; we will turn you away at the door. We cannot risk letting any contagious illness, disease or risky behaviors jeopardize any of the pets under our care. Similarly, if your pet(s) 'become' unexpectedly ill, injured, aggressive or behaviorally erratic in (ANY) way, (ANY) time after Drop-Off; you (may) have to get your Emergency Point Of Contact to come pick them up immediately and care for them. Please have a back-up plan ready just in case. If found deficient in any of these areas you will have to find alternate, last minute, care for them elsewhere. Also, we require that you let us know in advance, (in writing), of ANY pre-existing conditions; illnesses, injuries, scrapes, scars, bites, allergies, abnormal behaviors/habits, etc. so that we all have a Common Operating Picture (C.O.P). This way we can properly devise a care plan tailored to your fur baby's specific needs. We follow all your guidance regarding feeding times and portion sizes. We utilize kennels/crates and the various separate Suites as their safe space in order to do secure individual feedings, specialized sleeping arrangements, as well as other basic conditioning tasks (such as time outs, if necessary, etc.) Therefore, we require that you bring 1 kennel per fur baby that you board. They only go in the kennels/crates/Suites for these specific tasks. Otherwise, they are always free-roaming our home, hanging-out and being loved by our family. Sleeping arrangements will depend on a combination of their behavior, your preference, but mostly the safety of all our guests (fur babies). If they are well-adjusted/behaved then they'll sleep, free-roaming, in the living room with us and the rest of our babies. If we notice issues/concerns regarding their comfort level, or any physical/behavioral security factors, then they would sleep in their own individual kennel/crate/Suite. If you don't have a kennel/crate to bring then we can provide one for you, for an additional fee. We also offer the Presidential Suite, VIP Suite, and the various Executive Suites; for those fur babies who can't, or don't want to sleep with the group nor in a kennel/crate. There is an additional fee to use these as well. Supervised potty/playtime breaks are about every 2 hours or so, or whenever they ring our potty-break bell. It's easy to condition them to do this as they will model after our babies. Additionally, be aware that as a safety measure some fur babies, in accordance with our extensive K9 experience, will have to wear a belly band if they display ANY kind of mounting, marking, incontinence or undisciplined potty-behavior, when we are indoors (only). This keeps them from engaging in Territorial Competitions in Close Quarters (TCCQs) with each other, as well as keeping the hygienic integrity of our home. This practice does not hurt their potty-training AT ALL, and when leveraged properly it's in fact a useful tool to help potty train any fur babies that might be struggling with that concept. For any fur baby(s) that are NOT spayed/neutered (females and males): There will be an (additional fee) as they WILL engage in marking (conduct) and ATTEMPT to engage in mounting (behavior) when they are around other (unacquainted) fur babies. Yes, even if they don't do it at home. We utilize a lot of careful, detailed planning in our admission & scheduling process. Therefore, it changes our entire operational environment in regards to other families & other fur babies' behavior, that we are caring for, when we introduce any 'unspayed/unneutered' fur babies into the equation. This means that a lot of extra planning considerations, adjustments, precautions, as well as a lot more work & cleaning materiel will be employed. Absolutely NO (actual) mounting EVER takes place in our home due to our abundant experience in recognizing the behavior before it turns into action. We have many safety redundancies to ensure this never happens. All our guests (fur babies) stay, live, co-exist and sleep inside with us. Literally, next to us wherever we are at all times, free-roaming. We only go outside (in our backyard) together for supervised, scheduled potty-breaks and playtime. Our prices are what they are because we provide a high level of professional, around the clock (24/7), care for your fur baby(s). This means that no fur baby(s) are EVER left unattended or unsupervised. My family has a ton of experience and success caring, socializing, rehabilitating as well as training canines. Some of the things included within our standard care are: (Incomparable) comprehensive professional procedures, security, as well as multi-layered perimeter safety redundancies for your fur baby(s) based on over 30 years of military and civilian K9 handling experience. Completely locked-down perimeter, especially the yard. Comprehensive selection and admission process before the acceptance of any fur baby(s) into our family. This is to ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests (fur babies). Compartmentalization of certain areas throughout our property (indoor and outdoor), in order to match doggie companions by size, energy level or behavioral disposition whenever necessary. Professionally monitored and recorded safety cameras & sensors throughout the entire property. Solid 6 feet Privacy, Safety and Anti-digging fence. Unlimited filtered (R.O.) water via automatic watering stations throughout the property. Cooling and warming stations throughout the property to provide comfort in any weather. Anti-bug and parasite countermeasures as well as treatments throughout the property. Around the clock care that my family will provide 24/7 for your fur baby(s). Establishment/reinforcement of basic behaviors (sit, stay, not to run out of doors uninvited, sharing of communal resources with other pets, etc.) Basic barking behavior management. Basic humping behavior management. Basic possessive behavior management. Basic potty behavior management. Basic digging behavior management. Basic (Pack) structure management. Pet CPR/Combat Life Saving (CLS) procedures experience in case of emergencies. Pet Nebulizer Emergency treatment capabilities in case of emergency. Pet Oxygen Emergency treatment capabilities in case of emergency. Very delicious treats, unlimited love, cuddles and fun with friends. The best and safest doggie vacation ever :) Here are some of the EXTRA features/activities that you CAN get: Provision of Metrics/data via GPS tracker regarding your pet's activity habits, along with recommendations to maximize their well-being (Extra Fee). The GPS tracker is an especially great feature, as well as a safeguard, for those fur babies that might have escape artist-like inclinations; for added peace of mind. Walks outside of our perimeter/home/backyard. {Has to be booked well in advance. (Extra Fee)} Doggie treadmill exercise sessions. (Extra Fee) Mud party with friends. (Extra Fee) Doggy bath and beyond. (Extra Fee) Trimming and/or grinding of their nails. (Extra Fee) Grooming / Haircut / Hair treatment (Extra Fee) Spa (Warm Jacuzzi) Treatment with massage. (Extra Fee) Birthday Party with friends. (Extra Fee) Bubble Party with friends. (Extra Fee) Doggie Rave with friends. (Extra Fee) Costume/Themed Party with friends. (Extra Fee) Halloween Party with friends. (Extra Fee) Thanksgiving Party with friends. (Extra Fee) Christmas Party with friends. (Extra Fee) Custom/secular/religious Party of choice with friends. (Extra Fee) Optional Media Visual Packages (MVPs) for those fur babies with extra picture/video wants or needs. (Extra Fee) Obedience Training. (Extra Fee) Emotional Support Certification Training (Extra Fee) Service Dog Training. (Extra Fee) Behavioral Adjustment Training. (Extra Fee) Rehabilitation Programs. (Extra Fee) Other Specialized Targeted Training: Scent Detection, Search & Rescue, Protection/Guarding, etc. (Extra Fee) Pet Recreational & Wellness Nebulizer treatments (Extra fee) Pet Recreational & Wellness Oxygen Bar treatments (Extra fee) In essence: Anytime that you bring your fur baby(s) to stay with us they have the (opportunity) to get a comprehensive behavioral adjustment regiment, as well as the pet resort experience that most companies/trainers charge thousands of dollars for. Instead, you CAN get it all with us for a MUCH more economical price. Consistency with this regiment is the only thing that most families will ever need in order to have a well-behaved, happy, functioning Pack member. Furthermore, we share proceeds with our Veteran community therefore, YOU will take part in serving those who have served us all by utilizing our services. We promise to always provide an optimal plan of action for the routine care of your fur baby(s) and to keep you updated, at least, once a day. We strive to do 1 main update, with at least 1 picture, for all our families towards the end of the day after we have finished all our other critical tasks. You may request more updates/pictures if it helps to ease your mind, but the safety and care of your fur baby(s) comes first. We can't properly focus on those aspects if everyone is constantly asking us for multiple updates, pictures, videos, etc. throughout the entire day. Safety will always come first so we can only entertain additional updates/pictures as our schedule permits. Alternatively, before their stay starts you can enroll your fur baby(s) into one of our Media Visual Packages (MVPs) for an extra fee. This will guarantee that your fur baby(s) get the extra attention YOU want from our cameras. Therefore, you'll get plenty of pictures and/or video products for posterity's sake, as we'll dedicate specific times in our busy schedule for their photo shoots. To execute any of the (MVPs) safely and successfully it will require extra logistical considerations, equipment, as well as personnel so please schedule these well in advance. We can only support a limited amount of (MPVs) per season, so we suggest enrolling your fur baby(s) as soon as you book your stay, if you'd like to secure that MVP experience. We work with all our families in order to meet their media and budget goals on this matter. We have multiple reliable means of transportation, so we are ready for Drop-Ins, Walks or Remote Pick-Ups given the proper notice ahead of time, as long as we are able to provide those services at that time. These services will incur additional fees, of course. For Pick-Ups we charge an extra $100-150 fee per one way trip. This means that we come get your fur baby(s) from your home to our home. You will have to come get them back from our home, unless you are willing to pay the same fee again and have scheduled it well ahead of time. The fee is the same if you are 1 minute away from our Area of Operations (A.O.), or up to 45 minutes from the center of Rockwall, TX. We cannot logistically support anything beyond that. We try to be as flexible as we can without compromising safety and logistical integrity; therefore, our services have to be geographically focused on the Rockwall, TX area and its immediate vicinity, when it comes to Drop-Ins, Pick-Ups or Walks. For any services that we perform, we promise to respect and follow all applicable, pertinent instructions that you provide us with. Safety is paramount to us, and we will always do what is right to protect your pets. That is to say that, if you have to be away from home, think of us to help keep your pets safe, as well as content, until you are reunited. Rest assured and fully enjoy your time away because we will give you peace of mind in the meantime.

Danielle was perfect with our pup. She sent multiple photos a day and reassured us that our pup was healthy, eating, and playing to his heart content. She was very caring and made us feel very comfortable to have Loki watched while we were out.

Information Danielle S. would like to know about your pet

It will greatly speed up the application & admission process if when you send the initial request message, it already contains the answers to ALL OF THE 23 QUESTIONS BELOW, as well as THE PICTURE OF the Up-To-Date health records. Please utilize the questions' numeric prefixes in your answers so we can match each answer, to each corresponding question. PREREQUISITES SUMMARY Here you will find the rules, prerequisites & questions that (everyone) will have to answer and comply with; in order to be able to qualify to have their fur babies admitted into our care, for everyone's safety. The prerequisites are very simple: Having Up-to-date Vaccinations & all pertinent Preventive Care (within six months of their stay), (Not) being aggressive in any kind of way, (Not) having any contagious conditions currently happening, and answering 23 standardized questions to help us develop their individual care plan while they stay with us. We'll need you to eventually put a picture / upload all of their (Up-To-Date / Current / Not expired Vaccine & pertinent health records on the Rover chat, before their Drop-Off date in order to be admitted into our home. They need to have Up-to-date Vaccinations for Rabies, Bordetella & Flu (within six months of their actual stay), Dewormer prevention, Flea & Tick prevention, etc. The usual Vaccines and Preventive care measures. All pertinent health records of any pre-existing / ongoing conditions are necessary. We also (STRONGLY) recommend that they have (ALL) their vaccines boosted for added precaution and safety within (TWO WEEKS) of their actual Boarding/Training. There are high numbers of K9 contagious cases usually occurring in the DFW area, but especially right now. 23 QUESTIONS FOR YOU TO ANSWER AND TYPE IN THE INITIAL REQUEST CHAT 1) Are your fur babies up to date with (ALL) their Vaccines and Preventive care measures (within the last six months, but preferably within the last two weeks prior to their stay) to include Rabies, Bordetella & all the Flu/Influenza Series? 2) Did you read our (ENTIRE) profile so that we are all on the same page regarding all prerequisites, dynamics, rules, and refund policies on all sides. Including the additional "Safety Notice" found under the "When Danielle Watches your Pet" section of our profile, as well as the ‘Rover Guarantee’ Policy? 3) Are they neutered / spayed, or in-heat? (There is an extra fee, explained in our profile, for fur babies that are not fixed). 4) Have they been Boarded before, and how did it go? 5) Do they have any behavioral quirks, pre-existing conditions, illnesses, injuries, or have they been exposed to ANY contagious disease/illness within the last month? 6) Do they display food, toy, dog, or ANY kind of hostility? 7) Do they engage in chewing, biting, licking, nibbling, or eating things that they are not supposed to? (Excessive biting of dogs that they play with; their ears, necks, tails etc. To the point that they break their skin inadvertently) 8) Do they eat rocks, sticks, feces, or seek other overtly hazardous items to chew on when they are outside? 9) Do they engage in any kind of mounting, marking, incontinence, or undisciplined potty behavior? 10) Do they engage in ANY kind of excessive barking / whining? (Both outside / inside of their kennel or crate, towards new dogs/people, when they hear the doorbell/outside noises, etc.) 11) Do they display ANY separation anxiety; whining, barking, or pacing when they are NOT next to you? (I.E. After you leave them on Drop-Off date) 12) Do they have any physiological pre-existing conditions, illnesses, or injuries that we haven't covered already? Blood Spotting, scent marking, joint problems, limping, secretion of anal gland smell, (allergies; seasonal, food, or any other kind), red eyes, scars, scrapes, cuts, ingrown nails, extra toes, diarrhea, constipation, etc. 13) When are they the most, and less active or playful; morning, mid-day, night time? 14) Do they get overtly loud/growly/barky, and/or rowdy when they play or roughhouse (play-fight)? 15) Do they make any unusually loud or weird noises when they breathe, cough, sneeze, snore, etc.? 16) Are there any factors/sounds/appliances/occurrences or types of apparel that would make them overly nervous, scared or excited: (Storms, blenders, microwaves, stoves/ovens, vacuums, roombas, mops, brooms, fans, heaters, fireplaces, ice dropping from the fridge dispenser, lawnmowers, doors opening or closing, new people coming in the room, other dogs barking, facemasks, hats, beanies, sunglasses, hoodies, gloves, socks, shoes, flip flops, kids, walking canes/walkers, old people, the mailman, the in-laws ? etc.) 17) Is there anything in particular that soothes your fur babies when they are overly nervous, scared or excited: Petting behind the ears, favorite sound, song, movie or activity, etc. 18) Do you have Pet Health Insurance coverage active for your fur baby(s) right now? We will need to have your and your Emergency Point Of Contact's (EPOC) basic information on file. ALL the information needs to be up to date and match that of your Veterinary Medical Records (VMR). In the event that an emergency happens, or in case we have to take your pet(s) to your Veterinarian for any reason, we need to be able to relay that info to them for verification purposes. Also, in the event of an emergency on your side of the equation, we can possibly assist in taking your pet(s) home. With your authorization here we may also send out care packages from time to time with treats, toys, etc. as well as coupons for future Boarding/Training discounts/gifts and major savings. We like to show our appreciation for families that support our cause :) 19) Your name: Your physical address: Your email: Your phone number: 20) EPOC name: EPOC physical address: EPOC email: EPOC phone number: 21) What is your (specific) guidance in the event that your fur baby(s) become sick, ill, or injured while they are under our care, and we cannot get a hold of you, nor your EPOC ? Please write detailed guidance along with any other pertinent POC info. Please keep in mind that we can only take them to the closest Veterinarian available at the time of the event. We will assist in anything that we (reasonably) can, but can (NOT) cover any expenses out of our own pocket, nor drive farther than the nearest applicable Pet Care Facility. 22) Is there anything else that we haven't covered about your fur babies that we should know, or that you would like to know about us / our fur babies that our (ENTIRE) profile did NOT already cover? We strongly recommend everyone to have an active Pet health insurance policy as they are a good safeguard against any potential unforeseen events, before they take their pet(s) into any Boarding/School-like environment. Please be sure to read the (ENTIRE) 'Rover Guarantee' policy as it is (NOT) an all-inclusive, unlimited coverage option for any situation. If you book with us you are agreeing to abide by rational, adult standards where everyone handles any potential challenges amicably, themselves, without the need for third parties to get involved. To illustrate this point: One does not expect the school teacher at any school to pay for other people's children's medical bills if they get sick, injured, etc while they are in that school. We (ALL) have to carry medical insurance policies that cover our (own) human family, in order to navigate the challenges of everyday life. It is no different for our pet(s) when they go to a Boarding/school-like environment, since we ALL care about our pets as if they were our children. If one chooses (NOT) to carry pet insurance, that’s ok, but one can (NOT) expect/ask others to pick up the tab in one’s stead, in the event that something unforeseen happens while they are under our care. YOU are solely responsible for all of your fur baby(s)’ expenses. 23) Do you understand, agree with, and affirm to abide by all the contents of our (ENTIRE) Profile? Based on your responses we (may) require a phone/video call meeting prior to any bookings; so that we may go over an additional list of questions to ascertain your pet's behavior/compatibility, in order to ensure that everyone will have a good experience if you decide to leave them in our care. Additionally, we (may) require a 15-minute Meet & Greet, in-person, depending on various factors. If we (require) an in-person Meet & Greet, we will introduce your fur family to ours, to ensure that everyone will get along with each other safely, and that we will be a good fit for each other’s family. Please be aware that we are usually booked 3+ months in advance for (voluntary / pet owner initiated) Meet & Greets (M&Gs). Therefore we have to be extremely judicious in order to meet our community's (M&Gs) requests. If you absolutely (need/want) an in-person M&G that is (less) than 3 months away, there will be an extra fee in order to even consider changing / adjusting our current M&G logistical plan for the season. Please keep in mind that merely answering the 23 questions, or going through any particular portion of the interview & admission process does not guarantee acceptance into our care. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke admittance to anyone, for any reason, at any time; if our family deems it is safer to do so, for ourselves or others. As long as everyone understands, meets and (maintains) compliance with all our requirements, as well as the rules, there will be no issues. Disrespect, rudeness or impropriety of ANY sort will NOT be tolerated at all. If this happens ALL interactions or care will be suspended and the perpetrator along with ALL their family members, including their pet(s), will be removed from our property as well as ALL mediums of communication via stern legal avenues. Now with that disclaimer out of the way, we move to some necessary preparations for your pet(s)' vacation. We provide a checklist to remind you, the day/night before, what to bring for your fur babies, as well as to obtain further confirmation of specific Drop-Off and Pick-Up times. Here is a quick packing list of what to bring: 1. Please bring their NECK doggy collars (with updated dog tags) and functional leashes. 2. Please bring their dog food, along with some food toppings or a can of delicious wet food; (this is NECESSARY in case that we need to encourage normal meal consumption due to them being in a new environment), treats, bones, dishes and any medicine / supplements that they might need. Whatever they don't use, will be returned to you. 3. You are more than welcomed to bring any comfort items such as their dog bed, blankets, toys, or any extra bells, whistles, and comfort items that might make for a good doggie party. (However, please make sure that whatever you bring is NOT irreplaceable as doggies will be doggies, ya know, and no re-imbursement, refund or replacement of ANY kind will be provided for items that sustain damage or get lost). 4. If they utilize puppy pads, diapers, or belly bands, please provide us with PLENTY to get them through their entire stay. 5. Crate or kennel. (This is extremely important). If you don't have any, we can let you use one of ours for a small fee. Please inquire. 6. Please include your Emergency Point Of Contact information and ensure that they know their role in the event of an emergency. Remember that in the event something unexpected happens to your pet(s), just in case we cannot get a hold of you, this person needs to be able to make decisions on your behalf and be able to come get your pet(s), if necessary. 7. Please label (everything) you bring, as it will make ALL our lives much easier. Please be sure to read the Additional Safety Notice under the "When Danielle Watches Your Pet" section of our profile. It is required that you read, understand & agree to abide by the (entire) contents of our profile in order to book with us. If for some reason both our phones happen to not ring, or it seems like we are not picking up for some reason.... Please call us through WhatsApp or Line. Our Cel Phone Provider towers don't have great coverage in this particular area so if you call us using Internet based services then that is executed on a different side of the Communication's spectrum; so that should almost always work properly. It also helps to mitigate these kinds of situations from happening if you call us before you start heading this way, or when you are on the way. That'll create a small buffer time window to overcome any possible obstacles/challenges, Commo or otherwise. Thank you very much for choosing us to care for your family, and for taking the time to read through this entire profile. Enjoy the same peace of mind that hundreds of like-minded, smart, satisfied families experienced by making the right choice in picking The Best over the rest :)

A typical day

Examples of fun activities that we like to do with your pets are; playing with doggy toys, soccer, fetch, frisbee, tag, foam bataranging and shallow doggie pool time. If your pet has a favorite movie or song that we can play for them to help with their anxiety, please let us know. We want your pets to feel like they are on a fun vacation while in our care, NOT in a jail, how it would feel at most of those corporate-type boarding places. Please be aware that when your pet(s) go home, they might be tired for a few days. This is normal behavior because they have played and burned off a lot of calories/energy during their stay. In addition to that , since they were playing more than they usually do at home, this can cause them to lose some excess weight. This is absolutely normal and healthy. Also; they create a bond with us and their brethren, as a Pack, so you may see some lethargy (kind of down/depressed) behavior because they miss the Pack environment and dynamics. It is in their DNA and how they are supposed to co-exist (in a primal) sense, so they will miss it. This lethargy should subside eventually. It usually takes a bit longer for 'only child' fur babies to get over it, versus multiple sibling households. Additional Safety Notice We always check everyone's Vaccine and Preventive Care records so every pet that we Board, Overnight-Daycare, Train, or deal with in (ANY) way, will have to show proof that they are up to date with all their medical care. Keep in mind that Boarding pets is a lot like taking kids to school. If one of them happens to get sick, usually all of them end up, eventually, getting sick. They might even end up getting sick, ill, hurt, or injured, in a split second, while they play; even though we (never) leave them unsupervised and we take an (unbelievable) amount of precautions. That being said; as we all know Vaccines, Preventive Care, precautions, and almost (nothing) in life, is 100% guaranteed. We just want you to be situationally aware of any potential risks of the operational environment, and to make an informed decision with your fur baby(s)' best interest at heart. We strongly recommend everyone to have an active Pet health insurance policy as they are a good safeguard against any potential unforeseen events, before they take their pet(s) into any Boarding-type of environment. Please keep in mind that in the event we have to take your pet(s) to the Veterinarian, Hospital, or (any) other pet related institutions on your behalf for (any) reason; we are unable to pay for (any) expenses out of our own pocket. It is necessary that your family is ready to afford that expense. We can only take your pet(s) to the nearest Veterinarian, Hospital, or (any) other pet related institution in relation to our home location. We will assist in everything we (reasonably) can. Similarly, keep in mind that in the event that you, or anyone you know, have to take your pet(s) to the Veterinarian, Hospital, or (any) other pet related institutions on your behalf for (any) reason; we are unable to pay for (any) expenses out of our own pocket. It is necessary that your family is ready to afford that expense. If you book with us it means that you read, understand & agree to abide by the (entire) contents of our profile, to include the following statements/notice: 1) Regardless of your choice; you understand that this is a precautionary notice with your fur baby(s) best interest at heart and that you will not utilize, divulge, or engage in (any) kind of negative media campaign based on this notice, or in (any) potentially negative occurrences resulting from your fur baby(s)’ stay with us. 2) You understand this notice, and you are hereby assuming any risks associated with bringing your fur baby(s) to Board, Overnight-Daycare, Train, or any other activities while they are under, or even after our care. 3) You will not attempt to hold us financially or legally responsible, in the extremely unlikely event, that something potentially negative happens to your fur baby(s) during or after their stay here, or due to any activities associated while under our care. 4) You will not attempt to litigate any kind of legal, illegal, formal, or informal proceedings against Danielle Swann, Michael Alexander, or any of their friends, family, nor institutions. Our Entire family works from home full-time. Below are our hours, days, and policies regarding doggy movements (Drop-Offs and Pick-Ups). Boarding Hours (Staying overnight): 8am-5pm for Pick-Ups and Drop-Offs every day. Early Bird hours: This is for ANY Pick-Ups or Drop-Offs outside of our normal operating hours of 8AM-5PM. Hours can be flexible with an extra fee of $150.00 and proper planning ahead of time. As per our Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P), NO Personnel movements, (doggy movements in or out of our home), will happen AT ALL between the hours of 5:01 PM - 7:59 AM Central Daylight Time ‎(UTC-5). This is to maximize positive control on safety, as well as logistical integrity because we have very strict schedules that require us to adhere to them. Therefore, if a family cannot keep their original Drop Off/Pick Up appointment (ON TIME) between our operational hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Daylight Time ‎(UTC-5), then said appointment will just have to be rescheduled for the next day in accordance with our availability in relation to the other families that we work with. If we can safely and efficiently accommodate modifying these time frames, doing so will inevitably incur additional charges (outside of the Early Bird Specials). Please, we ask that you give us constant updates when you are on the way, if you will be running late/change of plans, and then when you actually arrive at our home. A Short Notice Reservation extra fee will apply to any last minute / short notice reservations; as it will require for us to readjust / alter our entire logistics plan for the season. If you are willing and able to pay the extra fee, then we can be willing and able to consider exploring moving some things around to accommodate your last-minute-needs. If you want/need us to do ANY additional Socialization Activities (Overnight Daycare), Specialized Targeted Training, or Rehabilitation Sessions, please let us know well in advance. Additional activities such as these require specialized attention and a lot more work that we will not be able to provide if we don't have enough time to plan for it. Socialization Activities, Specialized Targeted Training and/or Rehabilitation Sessions will also incur separate fees, depending on what your family needs. If we do not respond to your messages during the hours of 8am-5pm, please give us a call as we stay very busy and might miss the low-volume Rover text alerts. We promise to always respond back once we are done with our critical tasks.

Please understand that this notice is merely a precautionary measure and is meant to keep everyone friendly, and on the same page. We have never had any issues in our entire Pet Care Providing career. Now that formalities are out of the way……Our family is looking forward to meeting you and providing your pet(s) with a well-deserved, safe vacation :) Thank you very much for choosing us to care for your family, and for taking the time to read through this entire profile.
