I have been taking care of pets in my family and for family friends since I was a little girl. If I wanted a pet, it meant I had to be responsible for it. We had rabbits, dogs, and cats growing up. I also rescued wild bunnies, birds, and butterflies. I have always had a special connection with animals, and I have been known to get stray animals to come to me. I have a special place for animals in my heart and I currently have a cat and three dogs that are my children and they get five star service from me every day. I like to shower my babies with gifts of their favorite toys, or little treats every now and then when they are well behaved. In the past year and a half, I have gotten more familiar with being around ponies, goats, and chickens with living on my mother-in-laws ranch, and having to help out every here and there. I have rounded up and caught some chickens, just sayin! Haha! So I am comfortable if someone in the area needs help with ponies/horses, goats, and chickens.

Absolutely fantastic. Super responsive and communicative when checking in on my very shy cat. Danielle was very prompt in letting me know if anything looked off or out of the ordinary when she dropped by, too!

This was my first time having a dog sitter . Danielle is a great sitter . Very calm around animals . Took great care of Rosie , who is quite nervous when left alone . Danielle shows up as scheduled or let’s you know if she is going to be later . Will definitely use again next time I need a sitter . Couldn’t have been happier.
She loves us and we love her!!!!

Safety is always important to me. So knowing if there's anything on the property that your dog likes to chase and what distracts them from it is good to know. Any possible escapes I always take into consideration too, and check the perimeter when I take your dog into the backyard, or when on a walk I constantly scan for what lies ahead.

Is the dog crated or behind a fence when I come into the property for mine and the dogs safety? Does your dog like to play fetch? What commands do you use with your dog, and or hand signals? Dies your dog need medication and how is it administered? It it's oral, done that plenty of times. Injection: I've done a syringe plenty of times, each dog or cat can be a little different though. I've never done a needle yet, since no one has needed one yet. I'm ok with needles though if it is needed.
A typical day
I love to try and stimulate my pets at home and do fun things with them, such as fetch. Walks are their favorite, next to cuddling with me. So depending on what your dog likes, I'm willing to please, and do anything that will make them feel comfortable and happy with me.

I currently work a fulltime job. However, I am usually back in Tehachapi by 2pm the latest, and have varying days off, that can help with flexibly at times too if a morning walk/drop-in is needed.
