I've been around dogs my whole life; I started begging my mom for a dog when I was five years old, and she finally relented when I was eight. Even though I was young, I did everything in my power to take care of that dog, from walking her every day to feeding her to just showing her love. More recently, I trained a new puppy that the family I was nannying for adopted. I stayed with him every weekday while the parents were at work and the children were at school, taking him out every 40 minutes, playing with him, feeding him, etc. I also helped administer medicine to him. I also helped acclimate my old roommate's dog when we got her. I have a cat, so we focused on acclimating them to each other, as well. Basically, I just love any and all animals. I care about the sanctity of your home; I want to keep your house and your dog(s) safe.
