Hi there! My name is Danielle and I have experience caring for cats (indoor, outdoor and scaredy 😉), dogs of all breeds and ages, and the occasional flock of chickens! I grew up in San Francisco with a family full of pets - from big dogs like boxers to tiny pups like chihuahuas, birds, hamsters and cats! Now, I live in Eureka with my indoor/outdoor cat, named Bubby, who loves rainy days outside and playing with the neighborhood cats 😊 Feel free to message me with any inquiries! Had Danielle booked for this weekend but had to cancel due to the storms & snow in the mountain areas of 101. Got meet both her & Sam during the meet & greet. Both seemed really nice. Wish we didn’t need to cancel.
Danielle took excellent care of our two boxers in our home during a family trip. She shared pictures with us throughout the stay, and made sure they were well-fed, loved, and cared for in our absence. She will be our go-to dog sitter whenever we need to be away from home!
This was my first time using Rover, so I had no idea what to expect, but Danielle was absolutely incredible. She followed all my instructions and cared for my puppy as if he was her own. She sent pictures and videos and gave me a couple updates every day I was gone. When I returned to my house everything was clean and perfect, and I could tell my dog was so happy and had no anxiety from me leaving because she took such wonderful care of him. Would absolutely use Danielle’s services again. I know my puppy will miss her!
I highly recommend Daniel to care for your fur babies. We were gone for close to 2 weeks and everyday without fail she would take pictures of all three of our cats letting me know they were tucked in for the night. She shared stories about their antics during her overnight stays. I did not worry about whether they ate or came in for the night because she shared all that information with me before I even asked. House was clean and I did not find one thing to complain about. She’s a rare find.

Availability
Drop-in bookings are available any time between 6AM-11PM. Overnight bookings include 13-16 hours of care starting around 5PM in the evening thru 9AM the following morning. If your pets can’t be left alone for more than 8-9 hours during the day, you can book a midday drop in visit as an additional service. I happily accept extended bookings for those extra long vacations as well! Feel free to message me and discuss your schedule needs! RATES - Please note that my rates are set per animal, which includes birds, fish tanks, flocks of chickens etc. Please make sure to tell me about all of your pets so I can offer you an accurate quote. My bookings are for animal care, and I’m happy to include light watering for indoor plants - however outdoor garden maintenance will be an extra charge of $10 per day. Additionally, any booking out side of Eureka (where I live) will have a gas fee of $6 per night to keep up with rising gas prices. Rates are based off of my time with your pet per hour, pet care experience, Rover’s 20% sitter fee, self-employment taxes, travel time + gas, complimentary meet & greets, and complimentary key pick up/drop offs.
