My name is Danielle and I’m a huge animal lover! I currently have one very talkative cat named Monkey who’s VERY well socialized (and also doesn’t have teeth), though throughout my life I’ve either had or cared for dogs, cats, a variety of rodents, birds, and even a few fish, too! 🐟 I’ve been pet sitting for friends and family for 10+ years, and pet sitting through rover for 5+ years on and off just for fun and extra cash, including puppy care, senior care, special needs, administering medication, and even long term care for breeds and animals of all shapes and sizes! Overall I have a pretty chill household with lots of space, a backyard, and a couple roommates who are all VERY excited that I do rover, so guaranteed your pet will always be receiving all of the love and attention here! :) I’m super flexible with my schedule and always like to try and accommodate yours, I’ve had a senior pet initially book to stay for a week, which turned into 3 months! I also understand things can get hectic when traveling so I also offer pickup services for a fee in the event you’re unable to drop them off! Accidents happen, there’s not really anything in my home I’d ever be worried being destroyed or that they’re really off limits to, but I do charge a $5 cleaning fee if any pee accidents happen on carpet as they’re given plenty of walks and outdoor time to go potty! (does not apply to puppy care- I get it.) For the most part your pets will never be crated unless specified, or potentially if I have to make an emergency grocery run but even so I’m usually able to have my roommates keep an eye on them instead. I don’t provide food, so please bring it with them so they don’t get any tummy aches, however there have been instances of pets staying longer than anticipated and we run out of it, so I’m able to go out and buy more food provided we discuss it. :) If you aren’t 100% sure if your pet is cat friendly and you’re looking to find out, I’ll be honest my cat Monkey is kind of the perfect introductory cat. He’s super friendly with other animals, he doesn’t have teeth to bite even if he wanted to, and if anything we also trim his nails before every visit just in case. :) his litter box is open to the front room, but when pets come over I use a pet gate around it that he’s able to fit through so your pets won’t have access to any “treats” at any point. Just let me know where your pets are at dealing with cats, and in any event I’m also able to keep them entirely separate!
