Veterinary student ready to help!
Pet care experience
I have grown up with dogs (as well as pocket pets and horses) my entire life. I adopted my first cat 2 years ago and immediately became a cat person! In the past, I have fostered cats, watched dogs for friends/family, and was even a full time veterinary assistant for a year while I waited to get into vet school. I am currently a second year veterinary student at Auburn University, and have done everything from bottle feed kittens, to administering medications/vaccines.
Reviews
Danielle is the perfect pet sitter! She is so kind and attentive. My dog loves all the walks and playing with her dog. I will continue to book Danielle.
Danielle was amazing! So caring and kind and sent many pictures and videos. I will definitely be using her again!
Danielle is always fantastic. She sends lots of pictures and videos and takes him for long walks most days it!
Feel so safe leaving Maggie with Danielle, she sends a lot of picture and video updates, and treats our dog like her own!

I live in a 3 bedroom mobile home with my dog a leopard gecko. I don’t have a fenced in yard, however, the mobile home community has a small fenced in dog park that I can take your pups to if they prefer to go potty off leash! My dog is dog friendly, and I tend to take him to kiesel park for a walk whenever possible. I will happily bring your baby with us, or if they prefer shorter walks, I will walk them separately around my neighborhood. If your dog needs to be crated, I have one they can be put it, or have separate rooms they can be blocked off in, but it’s certainly not required! I always have my phone on me and would be happy to send you pics/updates and answer any questions while they’re with me!

Information Danielle M. would like to know about your pet
I am capable or giving medication or any accommodations your pet may need, just let me know in advance. I also would like to know in advance if your dog has any behavioral issues/triggers so I can better understand them/make them comfortable.
A typical day
While your dog is staying with me, I will take them on walks around my neighborhood, and to the small dog park within it (it’s always empty) so they can be off leash outside. I also take my dog to kiesel daily, if possible, and would be more than happy to bring yours with us. I also have interactive puzzle toys that can stimulate them/tire them out during their stay!

Availability
I’m currently in my second year of veterinary school at auburn! I have class Monday-Friday, but come home for my lunch break to let my dog out/let him play outside. I usually have a couple hour break during the day or get out by two. After class I take him for a long 2 mile walk most days, and I’m usually home studying the rest of the evening with my pets!
