ABOUT ME I offer drop in visits for cats and other small mammals and birds. I offer 30-60 minute exercise focused walks for dogs. My pet care business is Delightful Pet Care LLC. I am independently insured and bonded, licensed by the city of St Petersburg, and independently background checked by Accutraq as recently as July 2023. I am certified in canine and feline CPR and first aid and I am a certified Fear Free Pet Sitter. I have completed over 1000 services on Rover and through my own professional pet sitting business since 7/2020. These services have been mostly with cats and a few rabbits, Guinea pigs, birds and fish. Dogs have been up to 25% of my clientele in the past and currently make up about 10%. I completed over 800 services (mostly dog walks) via another pet care platform between 12/2019 and 12/2020 Most of those services have been for dogs and the rest have been for cats. DROP IN VISITS FOR CATS, SMALL MAMMALS AND BIRDS Cats are my favorite - I have four of my own! I also provide drop in visits and have experience in caring for fish, birds and other small mammals. I specialize in cats and have extensive experience with senior cats and cats on medication. I am also very experienced in caring for multiple animal households. I have had multiple cats for over 20 years, including those with special needs and super senior cats. I am very good with kittens and cats of all ages. I will provide whatever level of attention your kitty needs! I have taken care of up to 10 cats at one time. I am experienced in basic medical care for both cats and dogs, including administration of medication (oral, topical and injected) and subcutaneous fluids, wound care, nutritional care, and monitoring of current illnesses. As a professional pet sitter, I always do my very best to accommodate every request. A meet and greet is not required, but is highly suggested and is a complimentary service. I do not provide care or boarding in my home at this time. Care will be provided in and around your home. I will incorporate your cats’ favorite toys and other mental enrichment activities per your request during visits. EXERCISE FOCUSED WALKS FOR DOGS From January through May 2024, I’m offering 30-60 minute, active, brisk walks for high energy dogs! The weather is perfect for walking and it will be an absolute treat for your high energy dog to have some extra outside time and exercise to supplement their current routine. I’ve been walking dogs for a few years now and I’m active and fit. I’m a certified movement teacher (Pilates, aerial yoga, acro yoga), which helps me to walk dogs safely and with ease. With a motivated dog, I can walk up to three miles in an hour. I offer exercise focused dog walks Monday - Friday from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm. Care will be provided in your neighborhood.
