We are the Raffertys! We have three older children, all of whom are in love with dogs. We live in a cozy home in Hummelstown in a very friendly neighborhood that is dog friendly and chock-full of kids and walking paths. We enjoy taking lots of walks and playing with whatever dogs are visiting our home. While my children might join in on the fun of playing with and walking your dog, they will never be unsupervised or left in charge. We owned our poodle Ariel for 8 years. We adopted her from a rescue shelter, where she grew from being anxious and timid to relaxed and friendly with lots of patience and encouragement over the years. We recently lost Ariel to old age but haven't lost our love of having a dog in our home. Your pup will be our focus and a welcome addition! I am a teacher and will be home all summer with the kids so your pup will have lots of company. We are also available for weekends during the school year.
