Pet care experience
Hi! My name is Danielle, and I have loved all animals since I was a little kid. I even started my own dog walking and pet-sitting neighborhood service when I was 12 years old! I have volunteered at many different animal shelters, for all animals ranging from cats and dogs, to rescue horses. I love all animals, and can't wait to share my compassion for animals with you when I get to walk or care for your fur babies! I have experience with walking up to 3 dogs at one time, and walking dogs up to 120 lbs. I also have experience caring for dogs of any age and administering medication and/or prescription diets. If you prefer to leave your animal with me in my home, they will have their own room to stay and sleep in if they prefer, or they are welcome to share my home and large fenced in back yard with my two black labs, two cats, and guinea pig. I love to go for walks in our large neighborhood that has sidewalks and street lights - I usually walk about 2 miles 5-6 days/week. I also have plenty of experience with high-energy dogs (my lab LOVES the tennis ball!) and even hearing impaired pups. This was my first time using Rover and I am so happy I found it. Danielle helped me when I was in a bind. I was in PCB for 4 days and my sitter fell through. I was so nervous about leaving my baby with a stranger. Danielle sent me tons of pictures and spoiled my baby to pieces! I will definitely be using her again on our next trip.
Danielle was great! We were on vacation in PCB with our 5 month old puppy. We wanted to take a couple hours a day to do tourist things, so we had Danielle watch her. It was Maya’s first time spending any time away from us, so we were worried about separation anxiety. Things went very well. She came home exhausted from playing with Danielle’s dogs each day, and had no issues when I dropped her off. The next time we’re in PCB with Maya, we’ll take her back to Danielle.
I have used Danielle several times over the years and there is no one elae I would trust more to take care of my pets. When going away I never worry about their well being while in her care, they are cared for as if I was there. Her genuine love and compassion for animals big and small is why I have so much trust in her. My pets over the years have changed do to age and illness and not one of them has ever shied away from Danielle. It provides great peace of mind to know that creatures I care about and love also love to have her watch them. It let's me truly enjoy my vacation without wondering if they are being neglected. You would be hard pressed to find someone as responsible, dependable, professional and downright awesome as Danielle to watch those you care about.
