I’ve raised and taken care of a variety of pets; dogs, cats, gerbils, rabbits, birds, cows, and goats. I live in a 3 bedroom home on 1.5 acres of land. .5 acre is fenced. I do have 2 children under 5 yrs who live in the home part time. This past year we lost our senior pup and would enjoy taking care of and loving on your fur baby while you’re out of town. I have lots of experience with senior dogs who have health and joint issues, and I am familiar with administering a variety of medications.

Danielle has been wonderful with our two dogs! She is clearly very knowledgeable about dogs, even caught a skin condition on one of our dogs. She’s very easy to communicate with and wonderful about working your specific dogs’ needs! We've used her twice and plan to book again for our next trip.
This was the first time my dog has been boarded, and she has separation anxiety. Danielle was great with her, and I could tell she enjoyed herself while I was away. Danielle will be the first person I check with if I ever need to leave my furry friend in someone’s care when I go away.

A typical day
I communicate with owner and find out what a typical day looks like for the animal. What activities they enjoy. I try and keep things as similar as possible to their normal routine at home as it provides them comfort knowing what to expect in a new environment. I will Follow their typical feeding and potty schedule and provide time to do whatever activities they enjoy most.

I am a stay at home mom, and work a part time job from home. If your pet has separation anxiety or having their first time away overnight, you can take comfort in knowing that I will be available 24/7 to provide care and comfort during their stay. Is your pet kennel trained? That’s cool! If they like to roam and sleep on the sofa or bed, that’s cool too! We allow the animal to feel most comfortable wether that’s sleeping in their kennel or finding a cozy spot in the house. I am very flexible. If you have any questions please reach out. My house accommodates senior animals or any animals with any arthritis or mobility issues. There are no stairs, and we have two pet ramps if your animal still likes their independence getting on the couch or bed, etc. I also have rugs for the hardwood floors for traction and stability for arthritic pets. I have multiple orthopedic dog beds around the house for added comfort and a cooling pad to lay on for any pets that enjoy it. I also have experience with special need dogs who are incontinent and wear diapers, as well as, any female dog in heat needing to wear diapers for their cycle.
