Animals are a large part of my little family's life. We currently have the honor to be the owners of two dogs, Aiken and Bensen. After I graduated with my Master's degree from Iowa State University's College of Veterinary Medicine, I started this Rover business out of my husband and I’s home in downtown Des Moines. Fast forward to now, we have moved to a much bigger house with a bigger yard in West Des Moines, we have had our first child in Jan. 2023, and I am now in my 3rd year of DMU’s PhD program. Through all of those life changes our dogs have remained a large part of our lives. We have continued to watch Rover dogs and have some repeat clients that have been coming back to us since 2018 when we started. Though I have a lot of experience with a wide range of animals, dogs will always be special to me. All of our animals are very spoiled rescues. Aiken and Bensen are loving and friendly dogs that enjoy trips to the dog park, riding in the car, and walks in the neighborhood or down the Jordan Creek Trail system. Most of all they enjoy playing in our large fenced in back yard that is half an acre. We are active and enjoy incorporating our dogs into our active lifestyle. We often take our dogs camping at Saylorville Lake, walking the Iowa trail system, and exploring many other dog friendly recreational parks. We enjoy being around dogs and can't wait to meet your furry companion!
