I have had a passion for animal care since I was a young child. When I was just 8 years old I began pet sitting and dog walking for all my neighbors, and every job I have had since has involved animals in some way. As a teenager I volunteered at the Michigan Humane Society and my first job was at Petsmart. I began working at an animal hospital at the age of 20. I went to college and became a Licensed Veterinary Technician and worked in the field for 10 years. I am now a stay at home mom raising 2 boys and caring for our 2 dogs and our small farm. As a an LVT I can also offer medical care if neccessary such as administering medications, wound cleaning and bandage changing, fluid therapy, ear cleaning, nail trims, and anal gland expressions.
