Pet care experience
I have had pets (dogs, cats, bunnies, rats, birds… even ducks!) since I was very young. It’s always been a huge passion of mine, but especially dogs and cats. I’ve cared for everything from my own, fosters, and friend’s pets, and volunteer work. I’ve administered medicine, shown tender loving care and empathy, and even nursed fosters from scared/injured to outgoing and in full health. If you need references I’m happy to provide! I have a large home, so there’s a LOT of space to roam free. I have a very chill Maine Coon cat named Stella. She keeps her distance and just watches dogs from afar But if there's any concerns, I can easily separate her to her "room" if needed :).

Danielle did two drop-in visits for our cats while we were away for a week. We use a wood pellet bedding system for their litter; Danielle showed initiative and enthusiasm when learning about our unique system. She was very attentive and timely to respond. What more could you ask? Danielle will give you peace of mind while you’re away.

I highly recommend Danielle for boarding. She took fantastic care of my dog for a couple of days and he immediately felt at home with her. Danielle is responsive, thorough and treated my dog like her own. It’s apparent that she truly loves animals and that is reflected in the level of care she provides. She sent pictures and updates regularly, which was much appreciated. I would definitely book Danielle again for future pet sitting needs!

I live in a quiet cul-de-sac with almost an acre of land, and I work from home so I regularly walk dogs every 2-4 hours. I will only walk on-leash, even in my own yard, to ensure their safety. I’m in a beautiful neighborhood and love to go on nice long walks 😊. If they like to keep to themselves, I respect their space. But I will spoil them with attention if they like it, and they are allowed on furniture, in my office and even on the bed. I’ll take and send plenty of pictures and updates, and will be as involved with updating you as you would like. I’m an open book, so if you have any questions just message me!

A typical day
I will adapt our activities to the animal I am sitting and what they like. If they like long walks or hikes, I will take them! If they like playing, I'll be interactive. Cuddles? All over it. We can have a chat so I can get a rundown of what your pet loves so I can do my best to give them a great pet-cation :).

Availability
I work from home, so I’m very flexible. I'm adaptable to the animal I'm sitting, so we will chat before they stay so I can get a clear picture of their needs. If they have separation anxiety or need to be walked more often than normal, etc. just let me know and we can arrange for that!
