Pet care experience
I've volunteered with dog shelters consistently since I was an adolescent, and am the ultimate dog lover. So much so that I founded and run my own non profit organization for shelter dogs for the past 2+ years. I have a ton of experience handling dogs of all breeds, sizes and temperaments. I've also taken courses on reading dog body language, and consider my self very experienced and attune to ensuring I only bring dogs into situations that they are comfortable with. My schedule is extremely flexible and I am home by myself most week days. I live in a dog friendly house (do not have any of my own pets right now) with an enclosed back yard. I am also a short walk from a large enclosed dog park. I'm very active, and happy to take your pup running or hiking or for a long walk if they're up for it.

Danielle did an excellent job watching Broozer for me while I was away for work. Broozer became sick and she did not panic and made sure he recieved treatment. I would have her watch Broozer again in the future.
Danielle is one of the biggest dog lovers I know! So much so that she had the vision and brought to life a program at a local dog rescue in San Francisco to allow volunteers to spend more time socializing the shelter pups! It's an amazing program that now has hundreds and hundreds of volunteers who help dogs in need on a daily basis...pretty amazing! Not only that, she's amazing with the dogs, and they love her! She's very nurturing, loving, and positive and I think the dogs feel that from her. She's a very responsible person, who I am always able to rely on. If she says she's going to do something, she will do it whole heartedly! I would trust Danielle to watch my pup and KNOW that they would be getting the best possible care sprinkled with lots of love and belly rubs :)
Danielle is amazing with dogs. Having had years of experience engaging with shelter dogs, Danielle is confident in handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and personalities. She truly understands dogs and is familiar with dog behaviors as well as training techniques. I would 100% trust her with my own dog Dakota and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a confident and capable dog walker.
Danielle has a ton of experience caring for dogs and is not only incredibly responsible, she's very kind. She understand dog boundaries and behavior but has a deep love of them and their unique needs as well. I'd never hesitate to have her care for my dog!
