My love and care for animals is difficult to sum up it a few short words. Ever since I was a kid, I was always reading, exploring, and learning anything and everything about dogs, nature, and the bond between humans and animals. I've carried this passion for learning and animals well into my adult years. Over time, I’ve developed a lot of knowledge on dog behavior, training, body language, enrichment, different breeds, and all the other fun stuff like play, cuddles, and yummy treats. Dogs have my heart, but I care deeply for any animal- cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, I got your back! I have two dogs of my own: A golden retriever who is a registered therapy dog and an australian cattle dog + pitbull mix who challenges me everyday. If anything, my own two dogs have taught me that every dog is SIGNIFICANTLY different and they all have their own needs. I have a masters degree in the healthcare field, but this is where my heart belongs. I wouldn't want anything but the best for my own dogs and I will care for your beloved pets as my own. Often needing pet care for my own dogs during my travels, I've noticed gap in the pet industry that I'm confident I can fill. What I can bring to your beloved pets is love, attention, respect, and a unique UNDERSTANDING of them. I will walk, run, hike, or leisurely let your dog sniff along, whatever THEY need. With my skill set and experience, I am confident to reinforce your training and obedience during my time with your pet as requested. I am willing to be as flexible as it takes to make sure your dog is taken care of exactly as he/she needs.
