Pet care experience
A year ago I became a dog mom to my labradoodle, Callahan. He started out as an anxious and reactive guy who was impossible to leave alone and nearly impossible to walk. As his mom , we worked tirelessly on his training to improve his behaviors. We used command words, countless treats, positive reinforcement, daily training, intentional walks, and established boundaries. Now eight months later, his behaviors have drastically improved. This learning experience has led me to want to positively impact other pets in my community. My goal is to enhance your pets life and simplify yours. I also have experience with administering oral and topical medications with positive association.

Danielle has watched our two cats multiple times and every time we come home from long trips they are always happy and playful when we came home which is really important because we were worried they would become depressed being alone for so long. She also made sure that if the cats made a mess she went out of her way to clean up so the house didn’t stink when we came home. Highly recommend her, she is amazing with our cat kiwi who is very timid and scares easily but is happy when Danielle takes care of her!!! Also excellent with our puppy Sadie who is half husky and has a TON of energy, and every time Danielle comes over to let her out and play with her , when we come home she is tuckered out and it makes our night all the more easier !!!

A typical day
A happy dog is a stimulated dog. I love to allow each dog to exercise its muscles whether it be mentally or physically. We will play a bunch of games (indoor and outdoor), check out all the new smells in the neighborhood, and explore the block for squirrels. Some activities that I use with my own dog include hide and seek, freezing snacks in Kongs, lick mats, snuffle mats, puzzles, and hiding treats in towels. However, if your pet just need some cuddles then I will happily provide.

I am available for drop-ins at any time and any day. I would prefer walks to take place during daylight but can do any day.
