Pet care experience
I have 10 years experience walking and caring for dogs of different sizes, ages and breeds (check out my testimonials). I specialise in walking small to medium sized dogs in the evenings and at weekends as I work four days a week. House stays also interest me if you’re just looking for a dog-free weekend away. I have recently moved back to Lancaster after two years studying for a masters in London so am looking forward to meeting new pets and their owners! I am kind, trustworthy and flexible with my time and prices. I have also completed my Level 1 Community Sighted Guide training with The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association in 2015. Every dog is unique so let's have an initital conversation about their specific needs and routines. :) I don't have any breed preferences but have practical experience with pugs, bulldogs, french bulldogs, labradors, mini schnauzers, spanadors, chugs, boxers, chihuahuas, cattle dogs, mini pinschers, beagles and maltichons.
A typical day
I like to mix it up with places to go for walks and keep the dogs stimulated and happy. On rainy days they return home towel dry and relaxed. Play time involves 1-1 interaction and attention with your pup’s familiar toys and home comforts. I can also assist with ongoing training if required.
