Myself (25F) and my partner (30M) live close to the centre of Cambridge and very much enjoy spending our spare time outdoors. I work as a data scientist, working from home every Monday and Friday, so I am available all day on those days of the week, plus weekends. We enjoy long walks around the local area, including Granchester meadows, Byron's Pool, Gog Magogs & Wandlebury area, and feel they would be so much more enjoyable with a dog! I try to get out at least once a day for some fresh air. My partner, Conor, has upwards of 15 years experience having dogs in the family (of multiple breeds!) and is extremely comfortable having them around. I don't have experience owning a dog, but I have house-sat/dog-sat for many friends and relatives over the years, most often for my neighbour's Labrador, and we still walk him frequently when they are out/away. I love to take him on long walks to different places, & give him all the cuddles, belly rubs & treats until he takes himself off to bed (he's an old boy)! We’d love to help people in the area with walks or looking after their dog whenever needed :). We’d be so excited to look after anyone’s animal/s in general and to help anyone out :). We would be available on weekends too. I am very close to my parents in south Cambridge where we all love to go on countryside walks together too. Please message me if you would like to know anything more or require any further information :). *with the hot weather lately I will be taking dogs on walks when it’s safe to do so, so they do not get over heated or burnt little paws* We both work Monday - Friday, though I work from home on both Monday's and Friday's (can choose to WFH Tues, Weds, Thurs occasionally if necessary). We are both home in the afternoons/evenings and available both days on the weekends. We live on a 2nd floor flat, with no garden but a large fenced balcony. We have child-free and pet-free (and smoke-free) home but there are others in the building with children and pets. (We rarely see them but they can be heard sometimes). Otherwise our household is tidy and fairly quiet as it's just the two of us. There's a lot of areas close by, which is great for exercise. I’m close to my parents who have a place in south Cambridge with lots of nice walks too and happy to take them there in the evenings.
