Let me start off by saying Daniela is a wonderful dog person. We worked together for over 10 years at UCSF. Our offices were across the street from San Francisco Animal Care and Control. She turned me on to becoming a volunteer dog walker during our lunches. She always had a calming effect on the dogs we interacted with. If the dog was on the shier side, she would often spend extra time with them, getting them to feel comfortable with her and gaining confidence with strangers. If the dog was on the more energetic side, she had the ability to calm them down and enjoy a leisurely walk verses dragging each other down the street. If you are looking for a dog walker, Daniela is one of the most qualified dog people I have ever met. Your dog and you will not be disappointed.

I've known Daniela and her animals for over 10 years, She has cared for my animal friends (dog, cats, horse, goat, hens) for extended periods on several occasions. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a dog caregiver. She is calm and focused. She is a good listener who is detail oriented and follows instructions--very reliable and responsible. She demonstrates compassion, commitment, and patience with animals. My 60-pound dog was somewhat disabled in his later years, and Daniela was my first choice to care for him. She went above and beyond to improve his experience. When he needed something, she never hesitated to react and never treated him (or me) like it was an inconvenience. She would offer to include him on an outing because she know he loved to go, even if he was slow and stiff. Hutch trusted and adored Daniela. I also witnessed as Daniela fostered, then adopted, a wonderful but challenging large dog. Over the years, her dedication, consistency, and sense of humor brought out the best in Cosmo. I think he has had a good effect on her, too. ; )
