Pet care experience
Both me and my husband grew up with dogs of our own. Now due to heavy travel schedules we can't have our own but would love to host yours for a few days. Our kids 4 and 2 love to play with them, take them for walks and pet them a lot. We also love being around dogs and playing with them. We have hosted dogs for friends and via Rover in the past and everyone was supper happy both during and after the stay. During the week we can take the dogs and the little ones for strolls around the neighborhood and surrounding parks. Also play with them in our yard. During the weekend we always go hiking (nothing to strenuous) and we would take the dog with us for sightseeing and having fan outdoors. We always have a ball handy to through and a treat.

Daniela was a rockstar with my 6 month old Basset. Her family was very welcoming and loved on him from the moment he arrived. They sent photos of his time on walks and at the park. I would highly recommend them for your Rover family.
My 8-month old Frenchie, Pomelo, had a fantastic time with Daniela and her family. They boarded him for 4 nights and took care of him as if he were their own, showering him with love and attention. I got regular updates and pictures and got back a very happy puppy that didn't want to leave Daniela's home. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Honest-to-Goodness... What a great experience! I came into town very last minute and had to find a sitter to watch my 18-year old Shih Tzu for five hours while I hosted a fund-raiser. When I met Daniela's husband at the door with their two adorable kids, I was hooked. Their daughter made a little couch "thrown" for my dog to nap in and Daniela and her family sent me photos to share how she was doing throughout the night. I wish they lived near me as I would always use them and invite them to celebrate life as new friends.

No breed preferences, dog needs to be friendly with kids and need to be able to sleep on their own outside the bedroom. Those two are our only musts. Everything else we can figure it out together. We can guarantee the dog will have fun and be taken care of.
A typical day
Walks around the neighborhood and to Bracher park a few blocks away. Our back hard is pretty big with a nice grassy area to play with a ball, bone or anything the dog likes. Our kids spend a lot of time in the yard, and would love it when they have a dog to play with.
