Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Daniela, and I am an animal lover and certified veterinary assistant! I have had pets my entire life. Dogs are incredible companions, and I miss mine so much! Since my pups are in Georgia, I hope to spend more time with animals here in California. Keeping animals comfortable, happy, and healthy is super important to me. From playtime to nap time, I enjoy being with all kinds of animals, especially dogs! I have always been passionate about animals, and I have spent time volunteering at animal hospitals and fostering dogs. I am currently working towards becoming a DVM.

Daniela was wonderful! She took such great care of my senior kitty who has some medical issues. She also spent extra time making sure my kitty was not lonely, played with her and brushed her, and I think my kitty was disappointed when I came back haha! I also felt more secure knowing that Daniela has the knowledge and experience to take care of a pet with special needs. I definitely recommend her!!!
Daniela was awesome and both of my dogs loved her. The family went on a 3 and 1/2 day vacation and we were so nervous about leaving the dogs that long because we have never. But Daniela provided updates, sent pictures often enough that our worry quickly went away. Very trustworthy, very sweet, and attentive to the dogs. She even paid them visits leading up to our vacation and bought them treats. Will return to Daniela the next time we need anything for the pups.

I would like to know a few things about your furbaby ahead of time so I can give them the best care! * if your pet has had a sitter before * if there has ever been any reactivity to strangers (barking, growling, snipping, biting, hissing) * if your pet has had someone enter the house without any owners present before * Feeding schedule *any medical needs / allergies * things that scare them *toy preferences *if they enjoy cuddles or not and any sensitive areas they don’t like being touched (ears, belly, etc. *any reactivity to other animals (barking at other dogs on walks, lunging, etc) Thank you!
A typical day
I enjoy playing fetch with pups, going on hikes and walks, tug of war, or just keeping your furbaby company! I can entertain your pup with car rides, swimming, dog parks, trails, or whatever you and your furbaby are comfortable with.

Availability
I am currently taking a break from working as a veterinary assistant due to medical reasons and go to school full time. I have time for drop ins during the morning and evenings. I can also do overnight sitting through the week!
