I have studied the canine mind and learned how to best interact amongst a dog pack as a two legged human speaking in their language. I gained this experience working at a boarding and daycare facility for a year and a half. Here, I was in a play yard with 25 dogs at once. My energy is calm and assertive which is what dogs naturally want to 'best friend' with. Being the pack leader is how I successfully communicate to dogs that they are safe. It is not about being a 'dog whisperer' it's about listening to their body with my body and using my body language to speak to them. Spoken words only decorate what our body is saying. Having clear communication allows for man's best friend to live their happiest and most fulfilling lives. I call it Dog-vana (nirvana). Personally I am a medium energy dog. I still get along with low energy dogs as well as high energy dogs, dogs of all sizes, and have experience caring for senior citizen dogs with special needs as well.
