I am a final semester student at SUNY New Paltz, currently in the city, who has always loved animals, dogs in particular. I have always been an athlete so I've kept a slim, athletic build throughout most of my life. I also like to walk A LOT and prefer walking to my destinations on average throughout most of the year, even in semi-cold weather! In my years before, I've cared for my own pets (several parakeets and my family dog). Throughout college, I have occasionally been asked to pet sit a friend's dog for months at a time, due to a work conflict, an arrangement in which I was required to regularly walk and pick up after him, feed him, show him affection (he was a very affectionate dog!), bathe him, and occasionally trim his hair when it got too crazy! In the next coming year, I plan on graduating from New Paltz(via remote learning) and adopting a puppy as soon as I get my own place, post-graduation!
