Spacious Fenced Yard - Puppy Heaven
Pet care experience
In 2016, I moved out with my high school sweetheart, Marina, and my 1 year old pup, Lokai. Fast forward to 2020, we moved into a house in South Park with a big yard and decided to rescue Lokai’s new brother/best friend, Luka. Our boys like to be stimulated by playing hide-and-seek, fetch in the yard and going on walks to Grape St. dog park (and stopping for pup cups at Starbucks on the way home). All in all, these pups live a better life than we do and that’s just the way we like it. Can’t wait to bring more fur babies into our home to hang with our little crew.

Kuma had the best time at Daniel and Marinas place! They took really good care of her, she loved playing with their dogs, and they sent fun updates that made me so happy to know she was well taken care of! Will definitely be coming back whenever Kuma needs a sitter! Their place is also perfect for dogs :)
I was nervous about leaving my dog as I had never used someone I don’t know before but Daniel put me at ease right away. My sister was on this trip with me with her dog and Daniel was very accommodating to have both of them hang out for the day while we went to the museums. The space is perfect for dogs. There were plenty of toys and space for the dogs to roam and lounge. Downstairs there is a large, gated play area with turf and a lounge area with an additional outdoor area above with more outdoor furniture. He sent me pictures and video to share how the dogs were doing and whenever we are in town again I’d love to have them stay with him again.
Daniel is the ultimate dog lover! He has 2 dogs of his own and a yard for all of the pups to play in when he’s not taking them to the park or dog beach. He and his partner are responsible and take great care of their own dogs and any in their care!

We have a spacious fenced yard and a deck with an outside couch in case your doggos are more of the sunbathing-type like our pup Luka. We love dogs and are totally cool with them lounging on the furniture/sleeping in the bed so long as they’re clean :) if your pup needs a wash, we’d be happy to do so.

If you have any special needs or personality traits we need to know about, we’re happy to accommodate! Need extra belly rubs? Covered. Need to watch bird videos during the day? No problem. Whatever you need for your fur baby to feel comfortable in our home.
A typical day
We love to take walks to the Grape St. dog park, play fetch in the yard and play hide-and-seek to keep our pups stimulated. Luka has puppy energy still so he keeps us active. Lokai just likes to be around the fun, occasionally participating.

Availability
Marina and I both work at the same company so we are both in office T-Th from 9am-3:30pm. On those days, we get home around 4pm and let the dogs out to handle business, then we go for a walk and finish with some fetch in the yard. To end the day, we like to lounge and watch a good movie or read a good book. We work from home Mondays and Fridays so our front door stays open for in and out access for the dogs.
