Pet care experience
I started using Rover as a full-time college student using the G.I. Bill, which allowsed me to keep a very flexible schedule. I will be able to care for and spend quality time with your dog, which will work out great for everyone involved. I grew up with a female German Shepherd named Katie and we had a wonderful relationship. Most recently, I have walked my neighbors' dog and I have also spent the night at a friend's house during a pet sit. The friend is a professional dog-sitter. I am familiar with the expectations of service quality and safety, and I am somewhat experienced. This is also beneficial to me, as I know my life would enriched by having a pet in my life, but I am not able to adopt my own dog at this stage of my life. I will, therefore, gladly treat your dog with loving care as if it were my own.

This was our second stay with Daniel and it worked out just a as wonderful as the first. Daniel provides so much care and attention to out rambunctious pup that I know he is in good hands. Daniel also provides a lot of photos and updates to make sure that we know exactly what the dog has been up to. I can't wait to work with Daniel again!
I just picked up Dudley from a week long stay with Daniel and once again I am so happy. My pup has quite a personality and can be a little too energetic sometimes, but Daniel really knows how to works with him. Not only does my dog come back happy, but Daniel sends lots of photos and updates about their time together. I am so thankful for Daniel and look forward to the next time my pup gets to stay with him.
Daniel is a professional and extremely skilled pet sitter. He impressed us from the beginning regarding his preparedness and use of a checklist to ensure he had all of the information he would need to get to know our pup, as well as ensure that they were a good fit. During the stay, he provided lots of updates and photos and reassured us that our dog was being good during the stay. Our pup's breed can be a little intimidating for some folks, but Daniel was never intimidated and had experience working with other Bully breeds. I can't wait to work with Daniel again!
Great sitter! Highly recommend! Daniel took great care of my boston terrier, Molly, while we were away. We've used 4 other sitters in the past, and Daniel was by far the most prepared. We needed someone a few days before (so fairly last minute) and found Daniel on rover and he was flexible with doing a meet and greet when I wanted that night. As soon as we arrived for the meet and greet, Daniel went through a checklist of things to make sure he and Molly would be a good match and spent alone time with her to make sure she didn't get separation anxiety from us when we left his house for a minute. He was very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times as well! During the stay, he texted us pics/videos of Molly! He was a great sitter and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a good sitter. We will definitely use him again when we need someone for Molly.
