It is important to know as much about a dog before any type of services start. Important information for the owner to give me include but are not limited to - 1) Dog name 2) Dog weight 3) Dog age 4) Any type of physical ailment that may be causing pain 5) Dogs general behavior around adults 6) Dogs general behavior around kids 7) Dogs general behavior around other dogs 8) Any type of behavioral issues that might come up 9) Is the dog scared of anything 10) All medications and related instructions 11) Feeding information 12) Is the dog house trained, how often does it need to go out? 13) What games/activities does the dog enjoy 14) Anything else that I should know

A typical day will depend on the age and activity level of the dog/dogs being watched and what the owner requests. I generally like to take the dog for a walk in the morning and play fetch in the afternoon. If the dog can't play fetch, then it will get a second walk. I can also play tug of war or any other game the owner requests. Feeding times are based on the owners request.
