I am a lifelong animal lover and have been working on becoming a certified trainer. I plan on sitting for my written exam in the fall having complete the necessary hours. For years now my clients have depended on me to assist them in walking, feeding, and bathing their pets as well as sharing training tips and tricks. I am also dedicated to a lifetime of learning about animal behavior and least intrusive training methods keeping the animals experience and progress as a metric for training and behavior modification. For me ensuring your pets safety begins with a meet and greet. It allows me to make a quick positive association with your pet and most importantly with you the owner. I use positive reinforcement to begin building trust with your pet and am happy to answer any questions you may have. I do not allow dogs off lead outside unless it is in a secure fenced in yard. I am well versed in first aid and pet cpr and carry my own pet specific first aid kit.

I am comfortable with all shapes and sizes of dog. Generally at a meet and greet I like to get to know lots about you and your expectations. I allow the dog to approach me and do everything possible to help it to feel safe and cared for. In order to closely emulate your dog’s day-to-day routines I will want to hear all the details of that. I’ll also want to hear about medical needs, any training they may have, socialization, behavioral quirks, anxieties, preferred games, toys, and treats, and any and all other important details!
A typical day
I custom tailer my time with your pet and seek to not only give them exercise and a chance to do "business", but also to engage their minds so that they are both physically and mentally tired. Whither they need a good fast pass walk or a slow stroll with some play time. I always try my best to make sure that their physical, emotional, and mental needs are met.

Availability
This is my full time job. I currently have 2 openings for families that need my services 3 or more days a week. I generally operate from 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday addition fees may apply outside of this time frame. I am available for occasional weekends to active clients.
