I was the over nighter at petsmart and that included taking care of 20 to 50 dogs feeding them checking on them potty walks knowing the 7 critical signs of stress. Doing walks with up to 2/3 dog. Also taking care of the cats individual play times with them. Cleaning their rooms. Also cleaning dogs giving them baths. I also cleaned the entire Pet Hotel facility. That included sweeping mopping cleaning the poop buckets doing laundry taking care of pets belongings making sure they get back to a pet when they get their to pick up there pets. Hourly check-ins on dog's in the facility that includes up to 20 to 50 dogs a night this was all done in a 10 hour shift . I also am a rover part time at Dogtopia which is a daycare and boarding facility i do alot of the same work from petsmart. But at dogtopia ive learned how to pick up on dog's social cues also doing evaluations to make sure the dog is ready for daycare and not very aggressive or mean. Also engaging with the pet parents is super important.
