Daniel is a highly motivated student in my class. He is not motivated by extrinsic factors, but instead intrinsically, he seeks to achieve and succeed for his own/team accomplishment. He is a responsible student who manages time well by completing assignments/tasks in a timely manner and to the best of his ability by using his best decision making and problem solving skills. Not only does Daniel have a valuable set of thinking skills, but he possesses a critical variety of soft skills as well. He is empathetic toward the thoughts and feelings of those around him. Daniel's optimism and professionalism will also serve him well as he navigates throughout the challenges that he may face in his future. In conclusion, I would recommend Daniel as a dog walker/caregiver because of his invaluable skillset and his approach to the obstacles he is confronted with.
