Pet sitting has become one of our family's favorite things! Mom does not work so we are home most of the day with your dog. We have several children who love to give attention and pets to the dogs as well as walk them or play ball with them in our fenced back yard. We live near a large park and love to walk the dogs with our 20 lb. beagle, Lady, several times a day. It's hard to explain how special our visiting dogs become to us. The worst part of dog watching is when they have to go back home. They really become a part of our family and we grow to love them. So if your dog(s) love children and other dogs we would love to make them a part of our family while you are away. We do ask that bigger dogs be at least 5 years old and not prone to jumping. Our small, older beagle and smallest child thank you for that! I stay home full time except for trips to the store and picking up kids!! I also enjoy any excuse to sit down and cuddle with dogs during the day! Our family has a fenced in yard. It is chain link so good for dogs who are not prone to jumping the fence. Our kids love to play with the dogs that come to stay also. As foster (dog) parents we also have experience with giving oral medication.
