Hi, I’m Danica! My partner, Greg, and I live in a cozy one bedroom apartment in Chinatown. Our building is protected with a concierge, welcoming and extremely dog friendly — it’s usual to run into a new friendly fur face every time you take the elevator. I work from home full-time as a Music Supervisor. This not only means that I make my own hours, but that our home is always filled with music and occasional dance breaks. Greg works during the day as a Canadian Travel Advisor. He is also a dog lover with lots of energy! Our balcony is large and open, and gets great afternoon sun; which has been a big hit with our dog (and human) guests! Being active is important to me, and working from home requires me to get out of the house to stretch my legs and move my body during the day. There are so many options for walks in the neighbourhood as we are within minutes of a selection of dog parks, the sea wall, and the beach. I grew up with the sweetest Shih Tzu named Sally, and Greg and I welcomed our puppy into our family in APril 2020! His name is Carl, and he's a Labrador mix. Carl was born on March 1st, 2020, and the love of our lives. Carl is a little on the shy side at first, but loves to be around other dogs and humans. We're lucky to live in such a dog heavy building, and dog-friendly neighbourhood because it's given him the chance to be socialized from early on with other dogs and people. We are proud of our warm household. When your dog is with me I will treat them with all the love and care that I treat my own. Whether your dog is playful or likes to laze, I promise to create the environment they need.
