I will diligently monitor your pet’s health and well-being during your absence. Unless previously agreed upon at least 48 hours prior to drop-off or pick-up, a $25 fee will be added if you arrive outside of the agreed-upon drop-off and/or pick-up times. For instance, if the agreed time for drop-off or pick-up is between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM, arriving outside of this window will immediately incur an additional $25 fee.
