Growing up I owned a variety of domestic animals; small & large breed dogs included. Past jobs I've held included work at a Pet Supply Store, Bather in a Grooming Salon, Kennel Attendant and Veterinary Assistant which included given medication. Back in 2009 I begged and pleaded to move 4 large dogs with me from FLA to Upstate NY or I was not going! A pet driving service eventually took them. I've been back in Columbus now since 2011. Of the 4, Chloe (Boxer/Blk Lab) has since passed of cancer, Major (Pit/Hound/American Bulldog) died suddenly of a seizure while living with my ex, Guinness (GSD/x) and Saharrah (Pit Bull/Chocolate Lab) live a wonderful life together with 3 other dogs in the Catskill Mountains where they swim in the lakes, frolic in the snow, bark at deer and provide genuine happiness to a lovely family. I currently have 2 beautiful long-haired cats because my schedule, apartment, and finances do not allow for large dogs. I feel knowledgeable, comfortable and confident around dogs. I'm the one at the party that would rather hang out with the pets! I feel that I am truly most at peace around animals.
