I have been caring for animals since a young age. We’ve always had animals in my household. I worked at Louisa county animal shelter for 3 years. During my time in that position I was required to walk, bathe, medicate, and clean the animals pens.

Dana was fantastic! She went above and beyond to provide service for my dog! She added extra visits on short term notice and did everything in her power to assure that my dog was well taken care of! I would highly recommend Dana to anyone considering service / drop ins for your dog! I am very disappointed that rover puts a cap on how much you can tip.I feel that Dana deserved more than a 20% tip! although the option is showing that you can go up to 30% it won't even accept that and process it.

If you are looking for someone to love your fur babies as if they were her own, you are looking at the right person. Dana has sat with all of my animals many of days! All around Dana is a ray of sunshine to be near, she is super energetic and gets the job done all while spoiling the babies. She is my number 1 recommended sitter on Rover in my experience, I can’t wait to have her back again!

As we are in contact before your vacation I like to visit the home to learn about your pet(s) and you as well. I make sure I have all the information and supplies readily available for when I care for your pet(s). I try to ensure that your fur baby feels as though you are still home.

It is important for me to know the feeding schedule and amount of food or treats that should be given daily. I like to know about your pets personality and if they are reactive to anything.
A typical day
A typical day includes walks during a cooler time of the day, lots of outside time, relaxing inside, and I even own enrichment puzzles that I use for my dog. I plan to enrich your pet in as many ways possible to aid in Brain use and to help tire them out. For cats I plan to try and gain their trust and spend time petting them and playing with them

I currently babysit throughout the week but i am able to leave to care for your pet at anytime throughout the day. Your pets will be well cared for.
