I've raised dogs my whole life - working dogs, show dogs, and pound puppies. I prefer sitting reasonably trained and well behaved dogs. That said, your dog will have an extraordinary time, tons of fun, and will not want me to leave! Dogs can't be trained overnight, but you can rely on me to not reinforce bad habits and to prioritize the structure you've established in your friend's life. For walking, I'm an all-weather fellow and safety is paramount. Please let me know if your dog does not play nice with others or has a tendency to bolt. Some sitters/walkers just want a furry friend to cuddle, and while that's wonderful to me, I believe it's more important to maintain the mutual respect that you've cultivated with your pet.
