I am a writer/researcher/teacher with a sincere interest in every animal’s health, happiness, and wellbeing. I teach and write online from my home office, have a dog of my own, and have been a serial dog owner and foster caregiver for decades. I do not use treats with my dogs, as I prefer to reward them with mere attention and affection, but I am happy to use whatever humane method you want with your pet.
