Pet care experience
I've had dogs since I was a child, and again raised dogs with my own children. Now that I'm in an apartment which does not allow pets, I enjoy dogsitting and walking dogs with my significant other for nearly 20 years. I've worked with both puppies and senior dogs too!

Dan loves animals and has assisted me with dog sitting for many years. I suggested that he join Rover to help pet parents with exercising and caring for their fur babies. He especially enjoys the walks and playtime with dogs. He has experience with dogs of all sizes and ages from puppy to senior. They enjoy playing and cuddling next to him too. He had dogs and cats throughout his life so he has experience with both. He doesn’t have pets of his own now which makes him more available to care for yours!
Dan is an attentive, reliable and loving pet caregiver. He has cared after both our 17 year old cat Ziggy as well as our high energy 1 year old Australian Sheperd, Sam and we knew both were in great hands. He is a fast learner and can get to know a pets individual personality quickly and he works well with all types of pets. He's thoughtful and makes sure that he understands each pet well so he can meet their needs. It's obvious that Dan is an animal lover and that caring for pets is a labor of love. We have always been more than comfortable when Ziggy and Sam were in his care and he's definitely our first choice when seeking outside care for our fur babies 😊
