I have been in love with dogs of all shapes and sizes since 1972. We truly don’t deserve them. 🥰 The spectrum of their personalities is fascinating, from the rough-housing extrovert to the shy introvert that is just happy to be loved.
Reviews
Sprocket had a wonderful time at Dan’s and loved playing with Goofy in the big backyard. I enjoyed getting pics of Sprocket sleeping and having fun. Sprocket isn’t the easiest but Dan took it in stride- made our vacation better knowing he was safe and happy in Dan’s care.
Dan and Goofy made our fur baby feel right at home and absolutely wonderful. Seeing the play dates and hearing adventures made us know Garrick is having a blast. We cant thank enough and will be back for more play dates and sleepover!!
Dan, Annie, and Goofy are all awesome and I highly recommend them for doggy day care and boarding! Dan and Annie are so friendly, hospitable, and our dog, Lucy, loves them. Goofy is a sweet and playful pup and the perfect playmate for Lucy. I feel lucky to have found her a home away from home with such great folks!
So appreciative of Dan and his wife taking care of our little maniac! Our dog is little skittish and can get overwhelmed and Dan was very patient with her. We will definitely be contacting Dan again!

We have a fenced acre, plenty of room for my dog and yours to run around, and plenty of trees to nap beneath. My dog Goofy is an 8 year old Labrador mix that is great with all other dogs and children. (Squirrels and chickens not so much) 😏 We have a large doggie door into the house that lets them come and go as they please.

A typical day
In addition to free-play in our back yard, I can play fetch, tug-of-war, and chase. For introverted, shy, or more sedentary pups I can provide a calm, quiet, childless respite.

My wife works from home, and I am a retired elementary school teacher. I have a wide-open schedule that includes home improvement, gardening, and playtime with my pup.
