The safety and well-being of every pup that walks through our doors is most important. To help ensure that, please tell me about your dog: - Does your dog have any triggers? (ex: cars, skateboards, thunder, etc.) - Is your dog friendly with other dogs? - Is your dog paper-trained? - Does your dog have any medical conditions, allergies or injuries we should be aware of? - Does your dog have any dietary restrictions we should be aware of? (ex: allergies, sensitivities, etc.) - Does your dog show signs of being possessive with food, toys or people? - Does your dog have any habits we should be aware of? (ex: digging, chewing on furniture, etc.) - Does your dog enjoy going to the dog park / dog run? What to Bring: - The essentials / items that will allow your dog feel most at home and comfortable while you are away - doggy bed, food, treats, bowls, 1-2 toys, baggies, puppy pads, etc. Additional Info: - If you would like training included in your booking, please contact about rates. - We understand that there is often an adjustment period for dogs in a new environment. However, if you state that your dog is housebroken, yet your dog continues to go to the bathroom indoors after the first 48 hours, you will be charged at Puppy Rate for the stay. This goes for dogs of any age. - In the event that your dog causes damage to our home (i.e. pees on the blanket or damages the floor) you will be responsible for cleaning or repair costs. - Doggy Daycare hours are from 8am - 6pm. Additional hours before and after are charged at +$5 / hour. - Boarding Check In begins at 12 noon. If you drop your dog off before 12 noon, there will be an additional charge for daycare. - Boarding Check Out is at 12 noon. If you pick your dog up past 12 noon, there will be an additional charge for daycare. - Pick up & drop off is available for $25 / roundtrip
