Cockapoo Club 🐶🐾🦴

Pet care experience

Hello. We have two of our own dogs, a very handsome male F1 Cockapoo named Marley who loves nothing more than chasing his tennis ball and a beautiful female F1 Cockapoo named Ayla who enjoys long walks through the woods. We enjoy long walks in some of the following places; - Killerton National Trust - Exmouth Seafront - Haldon Forest - Budleigh Salterton - Beer to Branscombe - Gittisham We love other dogs joining us on our adventures and therefore offer your dog to come and join us and stay with us for the duration you require. Our reviews prove they’re in safe hands and Marley & Ayla love the extra company. We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming your best friend into our loving home. Due to new circumstances, we are only accepting all poodle related breeds.

I feel so grateful to have found Dan to look after our cockapoo Mochi while we are away. Mochi has stayed with Dan for a few times and is always happy when we pick him up. I also love the fact that Mochi always gets good walks, gets lots of love from Dan, his partner and his family too, being welcomed by his two lovely dogs. We would definitely book Dan again if we are away as we know that Mochi will be in good hands. Dan is very responsive and sends us update on Mochi.

Although Dan seemed a nice person and had a lovely home we were a little disappointed with the communication after booking in our dog and confirming payment, as this was Milo’s ( our dog’s) first time away we felt it would of been nice for Milo and us to have met Dan and to see exactly where Milo was going to be staying before we dropped him off on the official day, but that didn’t happen, I tried contacting Dan by text a couple of times but had no response until the Thursday in which I asked if I could introduce Milo and myself before we leave on Saturday, he said that he normally only meets us when we take our dog to him on the day we leave, but if it puts me at ease then I could pop over , he said he was home all day on Friday, I said I could pop over anytime after 5 . That was the last I heard, Friday came and as I hadn’t had any proper confirmation as to wether it was ok to come over after 5 I gave him a ring as to which he didn’t awnser, so I thought he’ll see a missed call and ring me back , but no, all I had was a message at 7 on Friday evening saying that he thought we agreed to me coming over sometime after 5 and that he’d been in all day, yet if that was true why didn’t he awnser or see my missed call and ring me back? he also said at this point that my other messages had only just come through for some reason. Because at this time it was too late to go around we had to leave it until the next morning on Saturday when we were leaving. We officially booked 9 nights and we’re due to come back on the Monday 9 th and collect Milo at 12 midday but I received a message from Dan on the Sunday before saying that unfortunately him and his partner have other arrangements on Monday all day and would it be possible for us to collect Milo on Sunday evening? I wasn’t really happy about this as we knew we wouldn’t be getting back from London/Gatwick until about 8.30 Sunday evening and then going home to unpack, that’s why we booked Milo in for the Sunday night and pick him up Monday midday. Anyway we said ok we’ll collect Milo from you as soon as we get back to Exeter which should of been about 8.30 but our flight from Tenerife Airport was delayed by 2 hours so meant that we wouldn’t get to Dans house until 11 as it was a 4 hour drive back and we stopped halfway for a drink, i did message Dan about the delay and he said that’s ok . We arrived at Dans house 11 , me , my partner, daughter and partner and all the luggage to pick Milo up, our dog was happy to see us , we couldn’t really say much to Dan as it was late apart from thanks for having Milo, but there was no sorry about Monday or no mention about the £35 we’d already paid for the Milo to stay on the Sunday night! We felt let down as he agreed to look after our dog for nine nights, it was not acceptable for them to say they’d made arrangements for all day Monday when they knew our dog was booked in with them until 12 midday. Not good ?

Re-booked with Dan following Otto’s previous stay and again, Dan was great. Kept me informed and is really good with him. Great to have someone who I can rely on to look after Otto when I’m not about

Teddy enjoyed a lovely week with Dan whilst we went away on holiday. It was our first time leaving Teddy for this length of time but he’s stayed with Dan a couple of times before so we knew he was in safe hands! Teddy really enjoys his stays, and we’ll definitely be continuing to use Dan for when we need someone to look after Teddy. Thank you 😊
