Pet care experience
Since I was 9 years old, I've been grateful to live with pets of all kinds. Friends and family have relied on me for the last decade to take care of their pets while they were away.

I have an elderly cat that I am quite attached to (understatement). I typically avoid going on any trips if my partner is not home because of her. She has a special diet, so we are unable to leave out dry food for her. This year we booked a week long vacation and I was extremely anxious/nervous to leave my Fred. Dan has done such an amazing job with her, which in turn helped me to relax and enjoy my trip. He sends all of her photo updates, is super responsive with questions that I have, and I could not be more grateful for him. I now feel comfortable booking trips knowing that she is in such great care with Dan. 100 out of 10!

A typical day
I always carefully follow owners' instructions regarding food, water, and potty needs. After that, I sense the pet's mood: Do they want to play? What's their favorite toy? Would they rather cuddle? Or be left alone? What are the owner's desired results for the visit? All of these are important questions I ask myself during a visit.

I am a volunteer remote worker for a national non-profit 9-5 M-F. I walk and visit pets outside of work hours to make extra money.
