Pet care experience
Got a vacay but have a pet at home? don't stress! Thats what I'm here for! Let me cuddle, and care for your fur baby while you're away. I’ve been a life long pet owner! (literally my whole life) My love for animals is so deep I even got my cats paw print tattooed. Ive had Plenty of cats, dogs, fishes, hamsters I’ve even taken care of Chickens! I love all animals, Im more then willing to work with all needs of the owner and for the pet. I want to make life easier. Im a Navy Wife ( So I am more then understanding of unexpected changes ) and I'm very flexible. I am a Licensed Medical Assistant (NCMA) Im BLS/CPR certified I’d prefer we do meet & greats, to make sure pet is comfortable and so that you get to know me :) If it’s last minute no worries, life happens. I’ll still come care for your fur baby 😄 I don't charge for first initial meeting. In regards to services.. On walks I will make sure they get there desired exercise, plenty of water and plenty of potty breaks. Some additional fees would be issued if requested to.. -Bathing for bigger dogs who aren't to fond of bathing. -Nail Trim -Pet Appointments -Extending day / Extending time - Additional pets to watch for but will be negotiable depending type of animal. Im more then happy to do other stuff such as basic house cleaning and getting mail and bringing packages inside (cause we all know amazon can be addicting lol) I am happy to enforce specific training that you are doing on your own. I’ll send photos of any and all activities even if its just cuddling up on the couch :) You can never have enough cute pics ☺️ If A overnight is needed depending location, I may bring my husband or friend (if husband is deployed) but that would be discussed upon request. I would love to care for you 4 legged child! and Give them unconditional love and comfort while your away :) I make sure all pets feel and become comfortable as possible. For kitties I just let them run their course and eventually they will warm up to a new person. (And usually by the end they just adoreee me)

Rusty and the house seemed fine when we returned. Unfortunately, our being gone really unleashed his separation anxiety which seemed to be much worse than when we have been gone before and he caused some damage. I don’t think we explained clearly enough the parameters of where the gates to confine him to one area of the house when leaving were and how to secure them. Not Damita’s fault but showed us we need to be very clear with instructions and we need to revisit his anxiety problem with the vet. More medicine is apparently advisable. We will use Damita again if she is willing to deal with him again.
Did a great job taking care of all my kitty’s needs. Went above and beyond to make sure my cat got lots of attention
Damita did a great job pet sitting for my cat Misty. Damita communicated well and sent pictures and updates. Misty sometimes gets a bit stressed if I'm away for too long but she was calm and happy when I arrived home so I knew she had been well taken care of. I have already requested Damita to pet sit again for another trip I have coming up soon. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.
Damita was prompt, attentive and gave great updates during her drop in visits. She was also patient with our nervous cat.

I have a small fenced yard for them to use freely. Some pups are crate trained and it’s totally fine with me because sometimes that’s where they feel most comfortable or what they’re are used too! Whether it be my home or my clients and if that’s where they feel most comfortable for that time being I will not bother until they feel comfortable!

A typical day
We will go on Hikes together (if acceptable) we'll go to parks and play fetch, if doggy isn't in the mood then we shall have endless cuddles at home.

Availability
As of currently, I just started working again after being a Full time sitter for the past year :) My work schedule ranges from 7am latest 4pm. Or some days I work 4pm-7pm I work in Milwaukie, so it’s very easy to care while I work :)
