I’ve worked with many breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I spent four years working on a farm doing daily animal care, as well as emergency care.

We used Damara for the first time last weekend. She was great with our dogs. We have an older dog and a brand new rescue dog who is very skittish and difficult to work with at times. Damara was very patient with him and his needs. Our dogs love her. We will definitely book her again.

I have two fenced areas in my yard, a side deck, and a large front porch with a gate. I also have an older female rat terrier, and a 2.5 year old Australian Shepherd. When caring for fur babies in a client’s home, the care is determined by the client.

I can administer oral and topical medications. I prefer a detailed list of medications and instructions for animals needing medications. Also, I like to know the contact information for the pet’s veterinarian in case the owner cannot be reached in an emergency.
A typical day
I have lots of dog toys, and two fenced areas. Dogs are allowed inside, or outside at their preference. When dropping in to check on fur babies, it is up to the client as to what activities the pup is needing.

I’m always home working on sculptures. When I do leave the house, it is generally just to run a quick errand. I seem to run out of clay and sandpaper often.🥴
