I have many years of experience taking care of and enjoying my furry, feathered, and reptile friends, and also those of my neighbors, family members, and clients on Rover. I understand how valuable they are as a precious member of your family. When I worked in a senior living community, I would bring my dog in to do his tricks for the residents, and they loved it! I’m currently working part-time from home, and will have plenty of time to spend with your pets. Each home and dog has different needs and schedules, and I will meet them accordingly. I have experience administering medicine and tending to wounds if needed when you’re away. I have past volunteer experience working at Wild Things in Salinas (now named Monterey Zoo) I have a crazy alligator story I will share with you if you ask. 😊 I also worked at the Monterey County SPCA, and I would help in the assessment of the behaviors/temperaments of the dogs that were brought in. It was hard for me, because I wanted all of them to go to loving homes, but in most cases, that did not happen. I wanted to rescue every one of those beautiful dogs and cats that had a short time left. Please, spay and neuter your pet. I also have a passion for horses, and I would ride for hours with my sister. I have enjoyed my pets and especially dogs over the years. They are such great companions and family members!
