Pet care experience
We've had dogs and cats well over 50 years. In the past year we have lost two 16-year-old dogs and a cat to either old age or illness. We miss them terribly, but we're not ready to replace them just yet. Instead, we'd be blessed to love on yours. We currently have two 6-year-old cats (brother and sister).

You can tell their love for animals is authentic. I received regular updates and photos and had no concerns in leaving the dog in their care for the week. Will definitely consider using them again in the future.
We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dale and Karen. Louis stayed with Dale and Karen while my now wife and I got married. They were kind enough to bring Louis by the venue to take some pictures with us right before the ceremony. They also sent plenty of pictures and check ins so we knew Louis was doing well. Your pet will be in great hands with these two!
Dale is a fantastic host and amazing caregiver for my two furry pets. I will always use him for my pet sitting needs. Thank you Dale for the care and love of my puppies.

We live in a very safe neighborhood (River Pointe) in Leesburg. Our non-smoking home has a fenced-in yard with plenty of room to run and play, and lots of walking trails for mid-day walks. Our yard also has been treated with a pet-friendly 100% all-natural flea/tick protection. We have a large family room with three couches and sun room with lots of windows to provide a sunny and relaxing environment. Pets are encouraged to cuddle with us on the couches. Karen is an RN. We're very reliable and guarantee first-class care!

A typical day
We have lots of places to walk and a dog-friendly park about a block away with a large open space for Frisbee, etc. Our house is designed with a circle inside in which dogs can run on a rainy day.

Availability
Dale is retired and Karen semi-retired so someone is home almost all day every day - your furbaby will get lots of attention and will seldom be left alone. They will love the relaxing vacation they'll receive while in our care. We typically attend church in Sterling every Sunday morning so we're gone about two hours.
