I have taken care of all my family friends' dogs when I was growing up (I was the go-to sitter). I'm very active and long walk around my neighbourhood or to Westerpark / Vondelpark are some of my favourite energy boosters. Currently, I am not a guardian of one due to my work schedule - I don't have enough time to dedicate to a dog full time, and I would not ever feel comfortable leaving (him/her) alone at home while I was at work all day. In my free time at night - I do enjoy going for walks, and would gladly enjoy the company : ) I own my apartment in the Centrum of Amsterdam and it is split level (2 floors) all hard wood for the occasional accident. It is 70 sq meters, so there is enough space for (him/her) to walk around or have their own private space. I am non-smoking (not even cannabis/420), work a 9-5 job, enjoy watching movies and while doing so, I can sit and scratch a dog's head for hours without getting bored - seriously, my friends try to get their dogs attention but can't when I'm over :), going on walks (playing fetch) and providing a lot of attention to fluffy friends :) So with the few hours, I do have, I would love to help you care for your dog! I would be happy to also send you lots of photos and updates so you can see what your baby is up to :)
