Pet care experience
We love animals! We are active people and like to spend a lot of time outdoors. Dakotah sometimes works part-time as an art teacher and Stephanie works 4 days a week as a registered nurse. This gives us a lot of free time to hang out with our canine guests. Our home is dog-friendly with a fenced yard. We have grassy areas for dogs to use the bathroom and a large deck we spend a lot of time on with our dog Juju.

Our hound dog Chester had a great stay with Dakotah and Stephanie. We really appreciated all the updates and photos of him we got every day while we were away. Dakotah was very responsive and we will use him again.
These guys are the best! My dog was well-exercised, well-fed, and well-loved! Their communication was excellent and I never had to worry about Flash for a minute. Thank you!
Our pup stayed with Dakotah and his wife for nine days. From the initial meet and greet we knew our cavalier would be very well taken care of. We received daily updates along with photos of our dog playing ball, going on walks, sleeping comfortably and hanging out with Dakota's dog. I cannot emphasize how relieved we were to find such a wonderful couple to fill in for us while we went on vacation.
Dakotah & Stephanie were great again. Gio tends to play hard and her paws got a little torn up in the process. They cleaned and bandaged her up really well, then informed me right away.

A typical day
We love to be very active with your fur babies! Our daily routine usually consists of two long walks around the neighborhood and indoor playtime. We'll alternate this with trips to the dog park, hiking adventures, jogging, or going to a fenced-in play area for soccer/frisbee/fetch. We live very close to Schenley Park and Frick Park (which has a dog park) and like to spend time at these places. We have lots of puppy toys and dogs are welcome anywhere on our furniture. Juju usually sleeps on a large feather bed at night and there's plenty of other comfy spots for your pup.
